The Japan Bowl was a post-season college football all-star game played in Japan from 1976 to 1993. The game showcased East and West all-star teams made up of college football players from the United States.
In 1986 Japan Bowl Heisman Trophy winner Bo Jackson scored three touchdowns, including one on a 57-yard run to clinch the victory in the fourth quarter, as the East defeated the West, 31-14, today in the Japan Bowl all-star football game.
